1. MIRTH (NOUN) : (आनंद) : Great Joy

Synonyms: rejoicing, levity

Antonyms: sorrow, melancholy

Example Sentence: They found it difficult to control their mirth when they saw their daughter’s performance.

2. OUSTER (NOUN) : (बेदखली/ निर्वासन) : Ejection

Synonyms: eviction, expulsion

Antonyms: welcoming, hiring

Example Sentence: His subsequent return led to Anam’s ouster.

3. WIELD (VERB) : (चलाना) : Apply

Synonyms: operate, exercise

Antonyms: fail, misuse

Example Sentence: She wielded the new rules carefully.

4. CEREBRAL (ADJECTIVE) : (दिमागी) : Brainy 

Synonyms: erudite, scholarly

Antonyms: foolish, doltish

Example Sentence: She excelled in cerebral pursuits.

5. STAID (ADJECTIVE) : (शान्त) : Decorous

Synonyms: dignified, composed

Antonyms: indecorous, frivolous

Example Sentence: She was given a staid title-‘The Iron Lady’.

6. ELUSIVE (ADJECTIVE) : (भटकाने वाला) : Evasive

Synonyms: tricky, volatile

Antonyms: stable, firm

7. UNPALATABLE (ADJECTIVE) : (अरुचिकर) : Not tasting good

Synonyms: distasteful, unsavoury

Antonyms: delicious, savoury

8. INURE (VERB) : (अभ्यस्त होना) : Accustom

10. VENIAL (ADJECTIVE) : (क्षमणीय) : Pardonable

Synonyms: allowable, forgivable

Antonyms: inexcusable, unforgivable
