1. DENOUNCE (VERB) : (आरोप लगा देना) : Condemn   

Synonyms: accuse, blame

Antonyms: applaud, approve

Example Sentence: The Assembly denounced the use of violence.

2. TENURE (NOUN) : (कार्यकाल) : Time in a position of responsibility   

Synonyms: ownership, occupation

Antonyms: vacancy, nonentity

Example Sentence: They have a right to a fair rent and security of tenure.

3. SECEDE (VERB) : (अलग हो जाना) : Pull away      

Synonyms: split from, retract

Antonyms: remain, maintain

Example Sentence: The kingdom of Belgium seceded from the Netherland.

4. MERCANTILE (ADJECTIVE) : (व्यापारिक) : Regarding business           

Synonyms: trade, monetary

Antonyms: noncommercial, not-for-profit

Example Sentence: They were talking about mercantile investments.

5. WHEREWITHAL (NOUN) : (संपत्ति) : Assets

Synonyms: finances, funds

Antonyms: debts, due

Example Sentence: They lacked the wherewithal to pay.

6. WARM TO (VERB) : (पसंद करना) : Begin to like  

 Synonyms: feel a fondness for, feel attracted to

Antonyms: to feel intense distaste and aversion, disgust

Example Sentence: Everyone immediately warmed to him.

7. LAG (VERB): (पिछड़ जाना) : Delay     

Synonyms: dally, dawdle

Antonyms: develop, expand

Example Sentence: The president got sick quickly after lunch, so he decided to lag the meeting until 5 p.m.

8. EVICTION (NOUN) : (बेदखली) : Ejection        

Synonyms: expulsion, removal

Antonyms: receiving, welcoming

Example Sentence: The forced eviction of residents took place.

9. HERALD (VERB) : (घोषणा करना) : Advertise     

Synonyms: announce, bring message

Antonyms: hide, conceal

Example Sentence: The speech heralded a change in policy.

10. INEXORABLE (ADJECTIVE) : (अनवरत) : Implacable    

Synonyms: inescapable, merciless

Antonyms: merciful, sympathetic

Example Sentence: In hopes of regaining their land, the army started an inexorable march through the country.
