NCVT MIS के बारे मे संछिप्त जानकारी

राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षण परिषद (MIS NCVT) की स्थापना, 1956 मे भारत सरकार द्वारा व्यावसायिक ट्रेडों में तत्कालीन राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षण परिषद-(NCTVT) द्वारा की गयी। परिषद को कारीगरों के प्रशिक्षण के लिए मानक और पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारित करने की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है, भारत सरकार को समग्र नीति और कार्यक्रमों पर सलाह देने, अखिल भारतीय व्यापार परीक्षण आयोजित करने और राष्ट्रीय व्यापार प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करने की भी ज़िम्मेदारी इसी परिषद को सौपी गयी है ।

NCVT / (NCVT MIS Apprenticeship) के  मुख्य कार्य:

• पाठ्यक्रम, उपकरण, और क्षेत्रफल के पैमाने, पाठ्यक्रमों की अवधि और प्रशिक्षण के तरीकों के संबंध में मानक निर्धारित करना 

• विभिन्न व्यापार पाठ्यक्रमों में व्यापार परीक्षण की व्यवस्था करना और राष्ट्रीय व्यापार दस्तावेज़ के पुरस्कार के लिए अग्रणी व्यापार परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए आवश्यक प्रवीणता के मानकों को रखना।

• यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए देश में प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के तदर्थ या आवधिक निरीक्षण की व्यवस्था करने हेतु काउंसिल द्वारा निर्धारित मानकों का पालन करना 

• राष्ट्रीय व्यापार प्रमाण पत्र के अनुदान के प्रयोजनों के लिए सरकार या निजी एजेंसियों द्वारा संचालित प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों को मान्यता देना और ऐसी मान्यता के लिए शर्तें रखना 

• परिषद किसी भी व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों को अपने काम के संबंध में सलाह देना

• प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के तकनीकी कर्मचारियों के लिए योग्यता निर्धारित करना

• राष्ट्रीय व्यापार प्रमाणपत्र के पुरस्कार के लिए पात्रता के मानकों और शर्तों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना

• जहाँ भी आवश्यक हो, अतिरिक्त प्रशिक्षण सुविधाओं के प्रावधान की अनुशंसा करना , और अतिरिक्त प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों या संगठन के अतिरिक्त प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की स्थापना में ऐसी सहायता प्रदान करना , जो संभव हो सके।

  Instructions for candidates to login into the ncvt mis portal in order to check and download ncvt mis portal result/ncvt mis certificate :

  1. सबसे पहले  ncvtmis.gov.in पर जाएँ
  2. आप homepage पर navigate कर दिये जाएंगे
  3. उसके बाद type your registration or roll number
  4. select your section
  5. then hit the search option/ सर्च ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करे
  6. you will soon be able to see your result on the screen/ स्क्रीन पर आपका रिज़ल्ट प्रदर्शित हो जाएगा
  7. you can also print it out.

• The National Council for Vocational Training, an advisory body, was set up by the Government of India in 1956 (the then National Council of Training in Vocational Trades—NCTVT). The Council has been entrusted with the responsibilities of prescribing standards and curricula for craftsmen training, advising the Government of India on the overall policy and programs, conducting All India Trade Tests and awarding National Trade Certificates.
  • Establish and award National Trade Certificates in engineering, building, textile and leather trades, and such other trades as may be brought within its scope by the Government of India
  • Prescribe standards in respect of syllabi, equipment, and scale of space, duration of courses and methods of training
  • Arrange trade tests in various trade courses and lay down standards of proficiency required for a pass in the trade test leading to the awarding of National Trade Certificate
  • Arrange for ad-hoc or periodical inspections of training institutions in the country to ensure that the standards prescribed by the Council are being followed
  • Recognize training institutions run by Government or by Private Agencies for purposes of the grant of National Trade Certificates and lay down conditions for such recognition
  • Co-opt, if necessary, any person or persons to advise the Council in connection with its work
  • Prescribe qualifications for the technical staff of training institutions
  • Prescribe the standards and conditions of eligibility for the award of National Trade Certificates
  • Generally, control the conditions for the award of National Trade Certificates
  • Recommend the provision of additional training facilities, wherever necessary, and render such assistance in the setting up of additional training institutions or in the Organisation of additional training programs as may be possible
  • Advise the central government regarding distribution to state governments of the contribution of the Government of India towards expenditure on the Craftsmen Training Scheme
  • Perform such other functions as may be entrusted to it by the Government of India
  • Perform such functions as are assigned by or under the Apprentices Act, 1961
